B.Bob’s Cranberry Brie Pull Apart Bread
Ingredients
B.Bob’s Cranberry Chipotle sauce
1 large round sourdough bread
1 (16 oz) wheel of brie, chopped or cubed
½ cup butter – melted
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice bread horizontally, rotate 90 degrees and slice again to create 1-inch cubes but taking care not to slice all the way through.
Combine the butter, thyme and rosemary.
Place bread on a baking sheet and brush with butter mixture, taking care to get butter inside all the slices.
Stuff each space with brie and B.Bob’s cranberry sauce and wrap bread in foil. Bake until cheese has melted, 20-25 minutes. If desired, open foil and broil for extra crispness.
