B.Bob’s Mango Brie Bites

B.Bob’s Roasted Mango Chipotle sauce
Crescent Dough
Wheel of Brie
Rosemary

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a mini cupcake tin with cooking spray (not necessary with nonstick).
Roll crescent dough out and pinch together the seams, cut into squares and place in a mini cupcake pan. Try to cut them as evenly as possible so that they will fit uniformly.
Cut brie into small pieces and place in the crescent dough. For cheeses with an edible rind like brie, leaving the rind on will help keep the cheese from spreading too much while baking.
Top with a spoonful of B.Bob’s Roasted Mango Chipotle Sauce and one leaf of rosemary.
Bake until the crescent pastry is golden, about 10 minutes.
